WARRANTY POLICY
Returns
Items purchased from Bajaworx LLC may be returned for credit if received within 30 days from original invoice date. All shipping charges will be at the buyer’s expense and charged a 20% restocking fee.
Handling
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number, contact sales at [email protected] prior to shipping any return or exchange.
Bajaworx LLC is not liable for damages on returned merchandise caused by customers or Shipping companies. All items should be insured and credit is not allowed for items damaged in transit.
Warranty
All windshields and accessories are warranted against workmanship and material defects for one year. There is no allowance for labor costs incurred during installation or re-installation of parts. All other considerations are at sole discretion of Bajaworx LLC and must contact sales at [email protected].
